Q: Can I get free samples ?

A: Of couse.Reference stock sample can be sent you within 48 hours.

Q: Sample time and delivery time ?

A: Normally it will take u about 7 days to finish the sample , and about 30 days to finish the mass production. (based on quantity)

Q: Can you accept samll quantity ?

A: Our normally MOQ is 5000pcs,sometimes can be gegotiation.

Q: Can you do the trade term as C&F , CIF, DDU, DDP price ?

A: Yes, we can do these trade terms service with strong support from our shipping team.

Q: Can you help us to arrange the shipment ?

A: Of couse, If u have own forwarder, whether they are in China or not, we will contact him in advance and we will make good arrangment for shipping. If you do not have , we also will arrange the shipping in our own forwarder with reasonable price and good service in destination port.

Q: What's the payment term ?

A: We can accpet T/T, L/C at sight, Western union and Paypal.

Q: Does art assistance free ?

A: Yes. we have own design team, they will help u to do artwork by free cost.

Q: Can you do the design based on our requirement ?

A: yes, OEM/ODM both can be acceptable.

Q: Which test can be passed ?

A: our product's material is eco friendly, and can meet European standard. They can pass EN71, SGS.
